We are pleased to announce the return of our EducationUSA Sri Lanka Roadshow. As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, we take this opportunity to highlight a legacy of educational excellence, innovation, and global exchange. We invite you to join us in this milestone period to engage with and recruit prospective undergraduate and graduate students from the Pearl of the Indian Ocean.
The EducationUSA fair registration portal will furnish vital details about the tour, including pricing, registration, deadlines, and participation terms and conditions. Please review this information carefully and reach out to our adviser if you need any clarification or support.
Our EducationUSA advising center in Colombo remains committed to keeping students and families informed, engaged, and connected to U.S. higher education through thoughtful programming and outreach. Registration and Payment
Payment Process
The payment process will be managed on the EducationUSA fair platform. Please register your institution and complete the registration and payment process by clicking the red button above.
A platform service charge will be applicable on all payments. Please ensure that this amount is accounted for in addition to the registration fee while making the payment. Non-payment of the complete registration fee and/or the platform service fee will render your registration incomplete.
Deadlines, Fees, and Visa Information
Registration Fees:
Colombo: $1,755 (includes admin fee)
Kandy: $1,755 (includes admin fee)
Kurunegala: Free with registration for Colombo and/or Kandy
Full 3-stop tour: $3,510, with an early bird discount of $2,925 until August 14, 2026
Additional Representative: $500/Person
Note: If an additional representative is already registered for the Colombo and/or Kandy portion of the tour and wishes to join the Kurunegala stop, no extra fee is required for their participation.
Registration Deadline: September 9, 2026
Payment Deadline: Within 15 business days of registering for the tour
Registration is not considered confirmed until complete payment has been received. If an institution has registered and not paid within the stipulated timeline, the registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation: EducationUSA fair cancellations received on or before August 15, 2026 will be reimbursed 50% of total price minus the cost of wire transfer fees or processing fees. All cancellation requests made after August 15, 2026 will not be reimbursed. Cancellations can only be made by sending an email to ispoerry@educationusa.org and fairs@educationusa.org.

Transportation and Accommodation
Getting Around
Uber may be used to call cars and tuk tuks.
Local apps include PickMe (cars and tuks) and Kangaroo Cabs (car).

Eligibility
The 2026 EducationUSA Sri Lanka Fall Tour is open to U.S.-based, accredited Higher Education Institutions seeking to promote their undergraduate and graduate studies in the United States. Registration is also open to third-party participants on a case-by-case basis. Please reference the following links for more information on eligibility.
